This telephone was designed for Thompson by designer Philippe Starck, one of the best known contemporary designers in the world.

When creating the Ola for Thompson in 1996, Philippe Starck wanted to "make a telephone which was no more than an extension of the human limb"

Has 12 memories, 2 direct and 10 indirect.

It has an on-line LED and is tone/pulse dialing switchable and also has redial and recall buttons.
