    1. What does it cost to post a phone?

      The usual postage cost within the UK is £9 although there are some destinations our carriers charge us extra for, please call us for information if you feel your address is likely to incur an extra charge,eg. highlands, islands and Northern Ireland.

    2. Can I combine postage?
      The initial postage charge will stand up to a weight of 22kg for most of the U.K.mainland. This will allow you to order several items and only incur one postage charge.

    3. What about international postage?
      We are ready to quote for postage anywhere in the world, just tell us the item you would like and where you would like it sent to and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote.

    4. How do I send you my telephone for repair?
      If you would like to send us your telephone, please wrap it as carefully as you can and please can you wrap the handset separately from the body, to prevent damage whilst in transit. Could you also include a covering letter explaining what you would like us to do and also a contact telephone number so we can contact you if necessary. The section "Getting the phone to us" on our "Repairs and Conversions" website page gives helpful hints for packing bakelite and plastic to ensure there is no damage.We can also have it collected from you for £9 subject to discussion.

    5. I like something I`ve seen on your website but I want a closer look
      If you make a note of the 4 digit stock number, give us a call and we can take a picture and email it to you for a closer look
      also..... if you want to listen to the phone ringing or to a particular soundtrack of a fun/character phone we can call you and let you listen down the line so you can hear the sound the telephone makes.

    6. I cannot find the answer to my enquiry within the site

    7. Do the phones work?

      Most phones are sold as working models; the exceptions being the really old Collectors' phones which however can normally be made to work with an extra charge.
