Traditional Phones

Phones we have put under this heading would tend to be early phones that have dials and thus are fully functioning units.

The price that we have quoted here is for a telephone which has been converted to work, which is of average condition with only acceptable wear and tear associated with the age of an item and which has been fully restored by our engineers and thoroughly cleaned. They come with our one year guarantee with an optional further 3 year guarantee.

Individual telephones vary not only in condition. They may have one or more features that make them bettter or more collectible than an average example, like a particular richness in the colour of the bakelite or an extra button, or a handset cord of particular interest that makes that piece special. Such an item would command a higher than standard price. Correspondingly, any significant defect will lower the price from that quoted.
